Training and Placement Cell of  D.A.V. College, Hoshiarpur is a special cell which handles different training for students of our college.

FUNCTIONS

• To Work with Teaching Faculty, heads of department and organization to integrate Career planning along with regular academic curriculum . Guest Lectures by experts from various institutes.
• To Provide sufficient resources to facilitate career-planning process. To act as an interface among students, alumni and the various organisations. To create mindfulness in the students with respect to future career choices.
• To Work with Teaching Faculty, heads of department and organization to integrate Career planning along with regular academic curriculum.
• Assist students to create and carry out effective pursuit of employment methodologies.
• To Empower students with deep-rooted, career decision-making skills.
• To inspire students to foster technical skills and rouse them to try for higher education and motivate them to take cutthroat tests like CAT, GATE, UGC-NET, TOEFL, IES, UPSC etc.
